Dear Discord Staff, 

My name is rapsmusic#0001 and I'm  here to report a server and two users. The server goes by the name of "Lufthansa Group PTFS", and is currently partnered despite several incidents of misconduct regarding ToS and guidelines for a partnered server.


Context:
Burb and me had ran a discord server for two years together, until 2022, when Lufthansa received Discord partnership. It was the first PTC (Pilot Training Community - Roblox) Airline to do so. Later in the year, I would start to fall out of favour with the owner, in 2023, he put the partnered server up for sale, which is clearly against Discord ToS, as stated:

"-Do not sell or purchase methods for artificially increasing server membership, such as via advertisements or botting.
-Do not organize, promote, or engage in any illegal behavior, such as the buying, selling, or trading of dangerous and regulated goods. Dangerous goods have reasonable potential to cause real-world, physical harm to individuals. Regulated goods have laws in place that restrict the purchase, sale, trade, or ownership of the goods. 
-Do not abuse Discord products in any way, such as selling or purchasing an account or server, participating in fraudulent Nitro incentives or Boosting activities, or using monetization features to commit fraud." 

In February of this year, a new owner, named DyTEHEpic
#5353 brought the server, and with it, came partnership losses. Me, and a few SHR members decided to retire, but we were blocked constantly by Your favourite dog
#3426, or Burb, as I had discussed earlier. This led to an outright ban which was placed on the two earlier this week by the FAA (a large, influential, AviAdmin server).

Ownership Issues:
DyTEHEpic does not care about the state of the server, nor does Your Favourite Dog. They continue to deny their wrongdoing with useless and misdirected accusations that point towards the FAA itself.

What's more is that Your Favourite Dog (original owner), has not fully transferred ownership, making this a scam, as stated in ToS:

Do not use or attempt to use Discord to promote, coordinate, or execute financial scams. A financial scam is any intentionally deceptive act taken with the intent to receive an illegal, unethical, or otherwise dishonest gain.

This includes but is not limited to: Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, advance-fee fraud, market manipulation (including “pump-and-dump” schemes), and romance and employment scams.
Do not engage in activities that fraudulently generate a profit at the expense of others. This includes facilitating, providing instructions for, and participating in fraud. We do not allow coordinated efforts to defraud businesses, price gouging, forgery, money laundering, or tools that facilitate illegal behavior.
