for some reason, discord added an option to upload your message as a file. that can bypass the 2k character limit (or 2 kilobytes in plain text only) up to 8 mb (or server/user specific), but is a major inconvenience for mobile users cause they don't have a preview. also, because pasting doesn't work for some weird reason, i can't exactly test this thing in the text box.
