『Creating members that can share their dreams with their will Industry』(Tertiary sector of the economy)



October 20th, 2006

“Ramen-Sou Yume Wo Katare” was founded in Ichijoji, Kyoto, one of the biggest collage town. 



My dream after I achieved the dream to have his own restaurant, was to “have young people be able to share dreams.”



In the word “Sou” from “Ramen-Sou” has the meaning of where passionate young people gather. 



The restaurant was supported by many young people and got popular quickly.

But I was not happy.

I was working day and night with my wife Naomi, and on the weekends we went to buy ingredients.

There was no time for family.



Then I hired part time workers and full-time workers.

My son was born, and I was able to spend more time with my family.



however; members that were working together with me started to keep distance from me, and eventually left the place.

We had 4 months of hiatus .



I was pushing my dream for my happiness to the members.

Even though I made the restaurant to have a place everyone can share dreams, and support everyone’s dreams, I was actually killing the others’ dreams…



After 4 months, I made a decision! 



Make a company that supports each other by sharing dreams with members and family. 



December 22nd, 2008

Yume Wo Katare Inc. was founded.



Lots of members with passionate dreams gathered around me, and we made the greatest team that supports each other’s dream!



But after 2 years, there was a huge gap between each members. 



They got split in to the one to support, and the ones that gets the support



The ones that supported kept growing as a person.

And the ones that were supported did not grow.



It did not work no matter how much you supported. 



One day I had a piece of advice from respectful manager

“You are not supporting how to achieve dreams, You are taking the power to achieve dreams from others. By you accomplishing dreams supports them to achieve their dreams”



In this moment we found our real spirit

“Share your dream with your will”



It evolved from “with someone” to “with your own will”



Each store manager became the owner, and Yume Wo Katare Inc. disappeared.



Then Yume Wo Katare International was created.

In order to spread the concept to the world.



Yume Wo Katare is not a solid structure, but is a community of members that understands and synchronize with the concept 



I want to create a world where everyone around the world can share dreams,

and they all work for their dream and not for money.



Look how fast the medical technology is growing, but imagine if young generation cannot have hopes in that world…



I want to them to have the power to live. 



To give the world full of dreams as a present to younger generation, I will establish Yume Wo Katare.
