HOW TO INSTALL MODS, GUIDE BY SKYLERDAGIRL

Before installing any mods, I recommend you make a backup of your profile or "bigfart" data in case something goes wrong.

For any more information regarding modding, I recommend going to the Dreamiverse or LittleBigBeyond discord server.

FOR LEVEL BACKUPS (No Modding Required):
--------------------------------------------
Assuming you don't have any LBP modding experience or don't have the means to install it on a modded PS3 or RPCS3, this should be 
the tutorial for you. This shows how to install a level backup, containing a prize bubble containing a mod. Works on an unmodifed system.

1. Get a USB drive, FAT32 in specific.

2. Plug it into your PC or Laptop. 

3. Make a folder on the root of your USB drive named "PS3" (all caps).

4. Inside the "PS3" folder, make another folder named "SAVEDATA" (also all caps).

5. Paste the "BCUS98245LEVEL(........)" folder without editing the name 
or the contents of the folder inside of the "SAVEDATA" folder.

6. Eject the USB drive from your PC or Laptop.

7. Plug it into your PS3.

8. Navigate to "Saved Data Utility (PS3™)".

9. If your USB drive is plugged in, you should see a new folder at the top with the name something along the lines of "USB Device" or 
something similar.

10. Open said USB drive folder.

11. If everything is correct thus far, you should see the level save data in the USB drive folder on the PS3.

12. Press triangle on the level save data, and press "Copy". 

13. It should copy to your PS3 system.

14. Start LittleBigPlanet.

15. Go to your moon, and go to an empty crater. Press import, then press the level.

16. Once it loads, enter and enjoy! :]

FOR .MOD FILES (Light Modding Required):

Assuming you DO have a modded PS3 or RPCS3, this should be the tutorial for you. This shows how to install a ".mod" file directly to your
profile.

1. Assuming you have a modded PS3, find your PS3's IP.

2. Using a FTP program, put your PS3'S IP into the program. I reccomend FileZilla for this, but It's up to you.

3. Navagate to your profile savedata (\dev_hdd0\game\........._USER.\USRDIR). 

4. Copy the "bigfart" data using FileZilla to your computer.

4.5 (Optional, but reccomended) Make a backup of your "bigfart" data somewhere on your computer in case something goes wrong.

5. Open Craftworld Toolkit, assuming you have it. If not, download it on GitHub. (Java required, recommended Java 11).

6. Open your "bigfart" savedata (File > Load > Savedata > Big Profile).

7. Once loaded, install the .mod files to your profile (Tools > Install Mod).

8. Once you the .mod you want, press save.

9. Close Craftworld Toolkit.

10. Open up your FTP program again, and transfer back the "bigfart" data back to where you copied it from.

10.5 (Optional, but reccomended) Restart your PS3. 

11. Start LittleBigPlanet. 

12. If everything has been done correctly, the mod should now be in your popit. Enjoy! :]
